Customizing System Information

The Remote UI enables you specify the machine's system settings.
NOTE
Some of the system settings made with the Remote UI can also be set on the machine's
control panel with
Settings]. For details about control panel operations, see Chapter 4, "System Manager
Settings," in the Reference Guide, or Chapter 6, "Setting and Adjusting Common
Settings to Suit Your Needs," in the User's Guide (iR6000/5000).
The maximum number of digits you can store for the Department ID and password is
seven. If you enter fewer than seven digits for either setting, the machine stores them
with leading zeros.
- Example: If <321> is entered, <0000321> is stored.

Click [Add. Func.] © select [System] from the menu that
appears under [Add. Func.].
The current system settings are displayed.
