Possible Causes
Items detected in the washer/dryer
when running a Clean Washer with
affresh cycle.
Excessive suds in washer/dryer.
Washer/dryer is running a suds
reduction routine. Allow the wash
cycle to continue.
Dryer fan not functioning properly.
Wash water is too hot. Washer/dryer
may be connected incorrectly to the
home water supply.
Load could be unbalanced or too
large.
Problem detected with the main relay.
Problem detected with the pressure
sensor.
Problem detected with the wash NTC. Call for service.
Problem detected with the air inlet
NTC. The wash function is still
operable, but the dry function will
not operate.
Detergent level sensor error.
Problem detected with the dryer
heater circuit. The wash function
is still operable, but the dry function
will not operate.
Problem detected with the dryer
blower motor. The wash function
is still operable, but the dry function
will not operate.
Problem detected with the door
switch/door lock. Door is unlocked
during a cycle when it should be
locked.

Solution
Remove load and restart the Clean Washer with affresh cycle.
Use only HE detergent.
Try resetting the washer/dryer by unplugging it from the outlet
and then plugging it back in. If unsuccessful, call for service.
Make sure that the washer/dryer is connected to the cold
water supply only.
Avoid tightly packing the washer/dryer. Avoid washing single
items. Balance a single item with such as a rug or jeans with
a few extra items.
Try resetting the washer/dryer by unplugging it from the outlet
and then plugging it back in. If unsuccessful, call for service.
