Check that the paper release level is in the normal position.
Align the paper with the paper size indicators on the top cover and insert

the paper, ensuring the paper is straight.

After printing on transparencies, feed at least two sheets of
paper through the printer to clean the rollers.
Use the transparencies only under the following conditions:
Temperature: 15° C to 30° C (59° F to 86° F)
Humidity: 20% to 70% RH (no condensation)
Make sure the printer is turned on and the top cover opened. (The
POWER and ERROR indicators light.)
