Operation

Before getting started

• Read chapter "Safety" on page EN-4 and
all the safety notices.
• Install the exhaust hood as described in
chapter "Assembly" on page EN-12.

Switching the appliance on
and off
• To switch the appliance on, touch the
sensor (21). You will hear a tone, the
sensors will light up and the blower fan will
start running at (16) low.
• To switch the appliance off, touch the
sensor (21) again. You will hear a tone,
the sensor light will turn off and the motor
will stop running.

Changing the fan setting

The fan has three settings:
(16) low, (17) medium and (18) high.
• To change the fan setting, touch the sen-
sor for the (other) desired setting. You will
hear a tone, the sensor of the selected fan
level will light up and the blower fan will
start running at the selected level.

Switching off the fan

• To switch the fan off, touch the
sor (21), or the sensor for the current fan
setting once more.

Activating the auto-off feature

Your exhaust hood is equipped with an au-
to-off feature, which will help turn off the appli-

ance automatically after five minutes.
• To activate the auto-off feature, touch the
sensor (20) when the appliance is run-
ning. You will hear a tone and the sensor
will light up.
• To deactivate the auto-off feature, touch
the
sensor (21).
Operation
The auto-off feature can be activated
only when the appliance is in operation,
i.e. when a fan level is selected.
