Chocolate
Fondue
Ingredients:
10 oz bittersweet
chocolate
½-¾ cups whole milk
½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Plug in your Fondue Pot. In your Fondue Pot, combine first the ½ cup of
milk or cream, then the chocolate, and melt gently in your Fondue Pot
over medium-low heat. Stir until smooth.
Add more liquid if the sauce seems too thick. Stir in the vanilla. Turn the
heat down to low on your Temperature Dial.
Use warm fondue immediately or set aside until needed and rewarm
briefly over medium-low in your Fondue Pot.
