4. Remove the left side cover by sliding it to the rear of the printer.

5. Loosen the screws and then slide and remove the metal cover.

6. Unpack a SIMM and hold it on its edge.
Note
Do not touch the memory chips or the board surface. If static
electricity collects, it damages the memory.
