6.4 Setting Up QoS (Quality of Service)

The QoS (Quality of Service) feature allows you to prioritize the flow of data passing through the Switch.
Use the Port-Based QoS feature to assign priority to data transmitted through a particular port. Or, use
the IEEE 802.1p QoS feature to assign the priority value (from 0 to 7) and define up to eight traffic types.
The Switch allows four priority levels, shown in the table below.
