CAG/125-BL 20 V PLUS
In case of damage and improper use of the bat-
f
tery, vapours may be emitted. Ensure the area is
well-ventilated and seek medical attention should
you experience any adverse effects. The apours
may irritate the respiratory system.
Use the battery only in conjunction with your
f
FF GROUP Product. This is the only way in which
you can protect the battery against dangerous
overload.
The battery can be damaged by pointed ob-
f
jects such as nails or screwdrivers or by force
applied externally. An internal short circuit may
occur, causing the battery to burn, smoke, explode
or overheat.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
INTENDED USE
The power tool is intended for cutting, roughing
and brushing metal and stone materials without
the use of water. A special protective guard for
cutting must be used when cutting bonded abra-
sives. Sufficient dust extraction must be provid-
ed when cutting stone. With approved abrasive
tools, the power tool can be used for sanding with
sanding discs.

USE
MOUNTING OF ACCESSORIES (C, J, K)
Clean spindle and all parts to be mounted.

Tighten clamping flange (8) with spanner while
f
pushing spindle-lock button (3).
For removing accessories handle vice-versa.
f
MOUNTING OF AUXILIARY HANDLE (A, B)
Screw the auxiliary handle (7) on the right or left
of the machine head depending on the working
method.
REMOVING / MOUNTING / ADJUSTING OF PRO-
TECTIVE GUARD (G,H,I)
Open the guard by releasing the lever (1)
Place protective guard (6) on the spindle collar and
f
turn it to the required position (depending on the
work to be carried out).
Adjust protective guard (6) by pushing the lever
f
(1).
CHARGING THE BATTERY
Use only the chargers listed on the accessories
f
page of FF GROUP Power Tools catalogue. Only
these chargers are matched to the lithium-ion bat-
tery of your power tool
Note: The battery is supplied partially charged. To en-
sure full battery capacity, fully charge the battery in
the charger before using your power tool for the first
time. The lithium-ion battery can be charged at any
time without reducing its service life. Interrupting
the charging process does not damage the battery.
Do not continue to press the On/Off switch af-
f
ter the power tool has automatically switched
off. The battery can be damaged. Follow the in-
structions on correct disposal.
REMOVING THE BATTERY (D, E, F)
To remove the battery, press the release button and
pull the battery forward and out of the power tool.
Do not use force to do this.
BEFORE USING THE TOOL
Ensure that accessory is correctly mounted and firm-
f
ly tightened.
Check if accessory runs freely by turning it by hand.
f
Test-run tool for at least 60 seconds at highest no-
f
load speed in a safe position.
Stop immediately in case of considerable vibration
f
or other defects and check tool to determine the
cause.
SWITCHING ON AND OFF (D)
To start the power tool, push the on/off switch (4)
f
forward.
To lock the on/off switch in position, push the on/off
f
switch (4) forward and down until it clicks into place.
To switch off the power tool, release the on/off switch
f
(4); or, if the switch is locked, briefly push the on/off
switch (4) backward and down and then release it.
