3.5 Verify RealPort Settings in Device Manager

If the port number is not known you can get the information in the device manager:
In Windows click Start – Run
Enter devmgmt.msc and click OK
Look for Multi-port serial adapters and click on the entry Connect WAN 3G.
Open text sensitive menu by clicking with the right mouse button on this entry and choose
