Part 2: Installation Installation Requirement 1. Do not install the water heater in a bedroom, basement, bathroom, or any room with poor ventilation. In order to keep the room for installation ventilated well, an air-intake (inlet) hole should be made in the lower area of the room, and the area around the hole should not be less than 100 2. - Page 6 Hanger Installation If the wall is not heat-resistant, it is recommended to coat it with a heat-resistant board that is 100 mm bigger than the water heater of every side and 10 mm from the wall. Water Heater Hanger The water heater should be hanged vertically. The standard height of the water heater is adjusted with the parallel position of the flame observation window (peeping hole) to the human eyes.
