BEFORE YOU BEGIN Thank you for choosing the new PROFORM ® PRO C22 reading this manual, please see the front cover of this exercise bike. Cycling is an effective exercise for manual. PART IDENTIFICATION CHART Use the drawings below to identify the small parts needed for assembly. The number in parentheses below each drawing is the key number of the part, from the PART LIST near the end of this manual. The number following the key number is the quantity needed for assembly.

2. If there are shipping tubes (not shown) attached to the front and rear of the Frame (1), remove and discard the shipping tubes and the hardware attaching them. Orient the Front Stabilizer (2) as shown, and attach it to the Frame (1) with two M10 x 25mm Screws (69).

8. See the inset drawing. Connect the connector on the Handlebar Wire (90) to the connector on the Frame Wire (82). Next, tighten the zip tie (C) around the indicated mark (D) on the Handlebar Wire (90). Then, cut off the excess zip tie. 9.

10. While a second person holds the Console Mount (5) near the Handlebar (4), connect the Mount Wire (91) in the Console Mount to the Handlebar Wire (90) in the Handlebar. 12. Connect the connectors on the Console Wires (I) to the connectors on the Mount Wire (91). Next, insert the connectors into the Console Mount (5). Then, press the Wire Protector (98) into the Console Mount. Tip: It may be helpful to insert the connectors into the Console Mount one at a time.

14. Plug the Power Adapter (86) into the receptacle in the Frame (1). Note: To plug the Power Adapter (86) into an outlet, see HOW TO PLUG IN THE POWER ADAPTER on page 14. 15.
