4.0) BROODER ASSEMBLY
1. Make sure that all components are present before assembling the brooder.
The Fastener Kit contains all the nuts, screws and washers required for brooder assembly. You will need
the following tools for brooder assembly:
Nut Driver - Size 7/16"
Crescent Wrench (2 each)
STEP 1: Place the canopy over the emitter assembly and locate the (2) studs that are located above the
slotted center cut out. Loosely attach to the studs (2) 1/4-20 hex nuts and flat washers.
STEP 2: Insert the tab of the ignition control assembly bracket into the slotted hole of the canopy. Lower
the ignition control over the mounting stud of the emitter Secure with a 1/4-20 hex nut and washer.
Tighten this nut and washer and the two from above.
