1 Extract the juice from ca. 12-14 apples without

sugar.
3 oranges
2 Mix with the juice of 3 oranges and 2 lemons, mix
2 lemons
1 litre with 1 kg preserving sugar, a little cinnamon
1 kg preserving sugar
and
2 packets vanilla sugar
2 packets of vanilla sugar.

3 Allow to boil vigorously for 4 minutes and pour into
screw jars, seal immediately.

1 Extract the juice from the fruit without sugar.
½ litre each sloe juice
and apple juice
2 Mix ½ litre sloe juice and ½ litre apple juice with
1 kg preserving sugar
1 kg preserving sugar, bring to the boil.
3 Allow to boil vigorously for 4 minutes, pour into
warm screw jars, seal immediately.

SouR chERRy jElly
1 Stir the cold sour cherry juice with preserving sugar,
¾ litre sour cherry juice
bring to the boil.
1 kg preserving sugar
2 Allow to boil vigorously for 4 minutes.
Juice of 2 lemons
3 Finally boil up the lemon juice briefly and pour into
warm screw jars, seal immediately.
QuincE liQuEuR
1 Extract the juice from quinces without sugar.
1 litre quince juice
400 g white sugar candy
2 Mix 1 litre with sugar, heat, bring to the boil and
1 litre vodka
then cool.
20 g bitter almonds
3 Pour into bottles, add vodka and spices, allow to
infuse for 2 months.
20 g coriander
4 Then filter, pour into bottles and seal.
