General
The SYSTIMAX 360™ Evolve modular foiled twisted pair (FTP) patch panel is a highly flexible 24- or 48-port,
front or rear accessible patch panel assembly. The panel is available in a straight or angled version. When
properly grounded and installed with HGS620 outlets, modular patch cords, and cables, it is an integral part of an
FTP connectivity system. The panel mounts in a standard 19-inch (483 mm) equipment rack with universal hole
spacing and incorporates lugs for panel grounding.

Attach the four cable troughs onto bar as shown and insert four hook-and-loop straps into slots in cable troughs. Mounting slot Cable bar 2. Attach cable bar to rear of panel as shown. For 48-port panels, two cable bars are provided.

Connect cables to outlets per instructions provided with the individual outlets. 2. Populate panel with outlets and route cabling as shown. Secure cables using the hook-and-loop straps provided.
- Page 5 860509975 Issue 2, December 2012 Step 5 – To Remove an Outlet from Panel Flat-blade screwdriver Locking tabs 1. Insert a small, flat-blade screwdriver or other small, blunt-end tool in between locking tab and side of outlet as shown to release it. Disengaging one tab will release outlet.
