14.4 COMPROBACIONES PRELIMINARES - PRELIMINAR CHECKS
La máquina se entrega con aceite motor y
refrigerante en el radiador.
Antes de cada uso sucesivo, compruebe los
niveles.
Controle
que
los
situados en el cuadro frontal estén en posición
"OFF".
Asegúrese de que no haya ninguna carga
conectada a la toma 230÷240 V 16 A (18).
Asegúrese de que el botón de parada de
emergencia (19) esté rearmado. En caso de
que no lo estuviera, gire el pomo en el sentido
de las agujas del reloj.
14.5 ENCENDIDO DEL MOTOR - ENGINE STARTING
Coloque la llave de encendido (31) en la
primera posición, para permitir que las bujías
se pre-calienten, indicador (30) encendido.
Cuando se apague el indicador (30), encienda
el motor, situando la llave (31) en la última
posición en sentido horario.
Nota: Si el motor no se enciende, espere unos
10 segundos y vuelva a repetir la operación,
colocando antes la llave en posición OFF.
Deje el motor en funcionamiento durante 5
minutos para que éste se caliente de forma
regular.
El motor está calibrado a un régimen de
revoluciones adecuado (1500 r.p.m.), por lo
tanto no es necesaria ninguna regulación.

14.6 RODAJE - RUNNING IN
Durante
las
primeras
funcionamiento de la máquina, para permitir
que el motor tenga un buen rodaje, no solicite
más del 70% de la potencia máxima indicada
en las fichas técnicas.

At the moment of the purchase, the machine
is supplied of engine oil and coolant in the
radiator.
Before every next use, verify the relative
levels.
Check that the circuit breakers placed on the
frontal board are in "OFF" position.
Make sure that any load is connected to the
plug 230÷240 V 16 A (18)
Make sure that the emergency stop button
(19) is rearmed. If it doesn't, turn the grip
handle in clockwise direction.
Position the starting key (31) on the first step
to avoid the glow plugs' pre-heating, signal
lamp (30) burnt. When the light (30) is off,
start
the engine by moving key (31)
completely in clockwise direction.
Note: If the engine falls to start, turn the key
to the OFF position and wait 10 seconds
before operating the starter again.
Let the engine to run for about 5 minutes to
warm it up.
The engine is set at (1500 r.p.m.) therefore it
is not necessary to make any adjustment.
For more information refer to the use and
maintenance of the engine.
For the first 50 hours of operation of the
machine do not employ more than 70% of the
maximum power indicated in the technical
specifications. In this way, a proper engine
running in is guaranteed.
