    SG13A-22 Additional Features 1. Motion Timer feature turns off the slicer after 30 seconds of non-usage. This is adjustable in 5 second increments from 5 to 60 seconds. 2. Home to Start feature only allows the slicer to be started when the carriage is in its most forward position (home position), the farthest position from the knife.

    UNPACKING 1. A service company will arrive with the slicer. They will have Globe Document #900008, which will be used for the installation, and will be signed by the installer and the Arby’s store manager. A copy of this document will be left with the store manager.

Turn slice thickness dial clockwise past zero (0) until it stops so gauge plate covers knife edge. 3. Unplug power cord. Note: When slicer is unplugged the white POWER indicator light will go out. 4.

    INSPECT THE SLICER FOR DAMAGED OR BROKEN PARTS INCLUDING GASKETS & SEALS. A thorough visual inspection should be made of the entire slicer and its parts. Globe urges the owner/operator to inspect all components often and for an authorized service agent to inspect the entire slicer at least every 6 months, including all parts that are detachable for cleaning and sanitizing.
