6.2.1 TO IgNITe THe FLAme

TO IgNITe THe FLAme follow the instructions below (see Cap. IGNITION) :
Š bring the flue gas control to the cooking function USE PLATE (any butterfly valve placed on the flue gas exhaust pipe must also
be opened).
Š Open the primary and secondary air control.
Š After having started the fire with small pieces of wood and waited until it is well lit.
Š bring the flue gas control to the OVEN position.
Š CLOSE any butterfly valve placed on the flue gas exhaust pipe must also be opened.

ŠKeep the flue gas register on the cooker function – HOT PLATE USE position.
ŠPrimary air HALf open.
ŠSecondary air completely OPEN.
ŠLoad wood as described in the manual (hourly load = hourly consumption).
