Mettre une surépaisseur pour prévoir le ponçage à l'abrasif à l'eau et le lustrage pour obte-
nir une surface brillante.
Pour égaliser les petites retouches sur surfaces lisses, il suffit de coller sur le gel-coat
frais, un scotch (ou mieux, un mylar) le décoller après durcissement (pour obtenir une
finition très brillante, poncer très fin et lustrer).
STOCKAGE:
Pour une bonne conservation, il convient de stocker les composants dans un endroit frais,
à l'abri de l'humidité et de la lumière.
Les polyesters sont inflammables, prendre les précautions d'usage.
AVERTISSEMENT
Le catalyseur est un produit dangereux. Ne pas le laisser à la portée des enfants,
ne pas mettre en contact avec la peau et les muqueuses. Se laver à l'eau savonneuse
et rincer abondamment en cas de contact avec la peau.
NETTOYAGE DES OUTILS:
Pour tout nettoyage d'outils, utiliser de l'acétone.
- Apply an over-sized coat to allow for sanding with abrasive and water and polishing to
achieve the required gloss.
- Blending minor touch up on smooth surfaces is obtained by sticking scotch tape (or bet-
ter still, Mylar tape) on the freshly applied gel-coat, then separate it after curing (sand
with extra-fine abrasive and polish to obtain a high gloss finish).
GEL-COAT STORAGE:
Get-coat components must be stored in a cool place, protected from moisture and light.
The usual precautions for flammable products should be adhered to for polyester pro-
ducts.
WARNING
The catalyst is a dangerous product and should not be left within children reach.
Avoid contact with the skins and mucosa.
In case of contact, wash with soapy water and rinse liberally.
TOOLS CLEANING:
Clean tools with acetone.
- Poner un sobreespesor para poder lijar con lija de agua y pulir para obtener una superfi-
cie brillante.
- Para igualar los pequeños retoques en las superficies lisas, es suficiente pegar sobre el
gel coat fresco, un scotch y despegarlo después de endurecer (para obtener un acabado
muy brillante, pulir fino y abrillantar).
ALMACENAMIENTO:
Para una buena conservación, es conveniente almacenar los componentes en un sitio fres-
co, protegido de la humedad y de la luz durante 6 meses máximo.
El poliéster es inflamable, tomar toda clase de precauciones.
ADVERTENCIA
El catalizador es un producto peligroso. No lo deje al alcance de los niños, no poner en
contacto de la piel y de las mucosas.
Lavarse con agua jabonosa y enjuagarse abundantemente.
LIMPIEZA DE HERRAMIENTAS:
Para limpiar las herramientas utilice acetona.
