• The device is not connected.
• The device may be damaged.
• A card storing the data different from the master one was swiped.
(This card was damaged due to the followings; the magnetism of the card
may be weakened, the magnetic stripe may be damaged, incorrect data is
stored in the magnetic card.)
• Slowly swipe the card so that the IDCR can read the data.
