responsibility for loss or damage, lost revenue, including those cases when the damage is caused
by the above events.

removal or unforeseen modification; failure, violation or modification of the operation of soft-
ware or hardware, the operation of lines or communication channels; other unforeseen situa-
tions that may occur when using the Resilient Power Control Module (RPCM) in accordance with
this manual.
In any event, RCNTEC's liability can not exceed the cost of the acquired Resilient Power
Control Module (RPCM).
