4. Press the OK button to confirm your selected setting.
5. To exit the settings menu, press the MENU button and your camcorder will return to
Capture Mode and will automatically begin recording.
4.2.16 Date & Time Stamp
This setting allows you enable or disable a date and time stamp recorded onto videos and
photos. Once a video file is recorded with the imprint, the imprint cannot be removed.
1. In Capture Mode press the MENU button. Select 'Date & Time Stamp' by using the UP
or DOWN buttons to scroll through the menu pages.
2. Press the OK button to enter the 'Date & Time Stamp' submenu.
3. Press the UP or DOWN buttons again to navigate the submenu and select a setting.
You can select from Date, Date & Time and Off.
4. Press the OK button to confirm your selected setting.
5. To exit the settings menu, press the MENU button and your camcorder will return to
Capture Mode and will automatically begin recording.
4.2.17 Date & Time Setup
This setting allows you to set a date and time for display on videos and photos.
1. In Capture Mode press the MENU button. Select 'Date & Time Setup' by using the UP
or DOWN buttons to scroll through the menu pages.
2. Press the OK button to enter the 'Date & Time Setup' submenu.
3. The menu is presented as follows:
Date: MM/DD/YYYY (the date can only be displayed in this format)
Time: HH:MM:SS (the time can only be displayed in a 24-hour format)
4. Press the UP or DOWN buttons to adjust the values of each field. When you are
satisfied with the highlighted value, press the OK button to confirm that value and
proceed to the next number field.
5. Press the OK button to confirm your selected settings for each field.
6. To exit the settings menu, press the MENU button and your camcorder will return to
Capture Mode and will automatically begin recording.
4.2.18 Time Zone Setup
This menu allows adjustment of the Time Zone.
1. In Capture Mode press the MENU button. Select 'Time Zone Setup' by using the UP or
DOWN buttons to scroll through the menu pages.
2. Press the OK button to enter the 'Time Zone Setup' submenu.
