Installation Procedure

This document provides the brief installation procedure. Go to

software installer. Refer to the Startup Guide for more information.
Please use ESD Precautions when handling and operating.
1. Unpack the module and inspect it for any shipping damage.
2. Verify the shipment contents. The following items must be included in this shipment.
- M9614A or M9615A PXIe 5-Channel Precision Source/Measure Unit module, 1 ea.
- Connector-Terminal Block, 1 ea.
- Short Bar, 1 ea.
- Certificate of Calibration (without test data), 1 ea.
- Quick Startup Poster (this document), 1 ea.
3. Install the software.
Requirements: The followings are required for installing the software.
- Controller (desktop PC, laptop PC, rackmount PC, or PXIe embedded computer) installed with Keysight IO
Libraries Suite
- Keysight PXIe chassis which has already been set up
Copy the M9614A/M9615A software installer into the controller, launch it, and follow the instruction prompts
to install the software.
