1.1 Descrizione generale I rilevatori di gas della serie SMART3G sono apparecchi completi di sensore, custodia e circu- ito di interfaccia che possono essere collegati sia a centrali di tipo analogico sia indirizzate. I rilevatori SMART3G-D3 sono equipaggiati con una scheda display che permette la visualiz- zazione della concentrazione gas e la taratura non intruisva dello strumento. -

La pulizia dell’apparecchiatura deve essere fatta con panno umido o prodotti antistatici. ³ Le temperature limite di funzionamento del rilevatore sono riportati in targa. Sono compatibili con le temperature limiti degli elementi sensibili impiegati al loro interno. -

ITALIANO Verificare la risposta del rivelatore utilizzando una miscela a composizione nota gas/aria, e l'apposito kit di taratura. Per eseguire questa operazione, occorre richiedere l’apposita bombola di gas, collegare la valvola con flussimetro e a questa un tubo con diametro adeguato. Questo si collegherà all’a- dattatore di calibrazione per collegare il rivelatore. -

ITALIANO Manutenzione Le verifiche e la manutenzione dei rivelatori in versione antideflagrante devono essere effet- tuate da personale esperto secondo i criteri della norma EN 60079-17. 7.1 Manutenzione preventiva Nei paesi della Comunità Europea, le prove di funzionamento in gas e le procedure di taratu- ra dei rivelatori di gas sono richieste dalle normative in vigore e definiti dalla EN 60079-29-2. -

The connection of SMART3G to RS485 bus lines should be performed by using a 4-wire cable, 1 pair for the RS485 bus and 1 for the power supply. -

ENGLISH Testing / initial checking and calibration should be carried out by using a gas mixture in the appropriate range, along with our calibration kit. In order to execute this operation, the user has to ask for the proper test gas bottle and connect to this the valve with flowmeter. -

This operation can be conducted in safe zone and without power sour- ce. After 10 minutes from power source interruption, the equipment can be opened. Warranty coupon for repair Warranty on Sensitron products is valid one year from the manufacturing date placed on the product and it is extended of one year from the date of the installation on condition that the installation is performed within the first year of life of the product. As proof will be considered the stamp and date of the installer placed on the present coupon which is to be duly kept by the user and returned to the installer in case of any working tests and repairs. -
