In the event of any faults which you
cannot fix yourself contact the Miele
Service Department (see back cover for
contact details).
When contacting the Miele Service
Department, please quote the model
number and serial number of both the
washer-extractor and tumble dryer in
the stack.
This information is given on the data
plate which is visible above each door
aperture with the door open. It is also
quoted on the identification label at the
rear of the tumble dryer.

Optical interface PC
The indicator or check light marked PC
on the fascia panel is the interface used
by Miele service technicians during
servicing work for testing purposes and
for updating the appliance's program
data.
Optional accessories
Optional accessories (e.g. plinth or
dosing pumps) for this washer-extractor
and tumble dryer stack are available
from Miele Professional.
