You can use the Extras option to augment the basic wash
programs.

^ Press short cut button D. This opens the Extras
sub-menu.

Rinse hold
^ Use the jog shuttle to select the Extra you want and confirm
your selection.
– Repeat the process if you want to select another Extra.
– A tick will appear to show that an Extra has been selected.
For laundry with large amounts of dirt (e.g. dust, sand).
Water is drained out of the machine before the last rinse and
the program stops.
The program can be continued once starch has been added
to the laundry in the drum. For more information about this
see "Detergent - Adding starch separately".
