Select restoration mode.
Restore Defaults: Restore the device parameters to defaults except the network and password parameters.
Restore Factory Settings: Restore all the parameters to factory settings.
Restoring factory settings will clear all the data. Operate the function carefully.

Tap OK. The device will reboot automatically after restoration finishes.
Manage Password
13.4.1 Enable/Disable Password
Password verification is enabled by default. You need to input password for login, unlocking screen, restoration, installing
application, managing fingerprint, etc. You can disable the function.
Steps:
1.
Tap Config. > Password Management.
2.
Check Password to enable password verification. Or uncheck it to disable the function.
13.4.2 Modify Password
You can modify the password.
Steps:
1.
Tap Config. > Password Management.
2.
Tap Modify Password.
3.
Input old password, new password, and confirm the new password.
4.
Tap OK.
13.4.3 Reset Password
If you forget password, you can export encryption file and import decryption file to reset password.
Before you start:
Install available TF card. Refer to 2.2 Install TF Card for details.
Steps:
1.
Tap Config. > Password Management.
2.
Tap Reset Password.
3.
Tap Export to export the encryption file to SD card.
4.
Contact technical support to generate decryption file.
5.
Rename the decryption file with the same name of encryption file.
6.
Copy the decryption file to SD card. Refer to 10.3 Backup for details.
7.
Tap Import to import the decryption file to the device.
8.
After the import finishes, input the new password and confirm password.
