1.
Tap GPS Config. on the home page. Or tap Location icon in the notificaiton center to enable the function.
2.
Swipe the slider to the right side to enable the function.
The longitude, latitude, height, speed, direction, and mode of the device will be displayed automatically when the
positioning signal is available.
3.
Tap GPS Info., and select Mode according to the prompts.
After modifying the mode, you need to disable positioning first, and then enable positioning again.
4.
(Optional) Tap Sat. Info. (Satellite Information) to view the positioning condition.
Locate the device in open space to receive the positioning signal if no data are displayed.
Once positioning succeeded, system time will be synchronized with the time gotten from GPS satellite. And the priority
of positioning time synchronization is higher than time set manually or automatically.
Platform
The device can be connected to Ehome platform, providing functions including live view, playback, etc.
Before you start:
Configure Ehome platform software. Refer to the software user manual for details.
The device can communicate with the platform normally.
Steps:
1.
Tap Config. > Platform > Video Platform Para.
2.
Swipe the slider to the right side to enable connection.
3.
Input the parameters.
Platform IP Address: the IP address of the computer running the platform server.
Platform Port: the network communication port of the platform. The default value is 7660.
Device ID: the identification name of the device. The device ID should be registered on the platform first.
Ping Test
Test the network connection between the device and target host.
Steps:
1.
Tap Config. > Ping Test.
2.
Input target host address (IP address or domain) in the text field.
3.
(Optional) Check Enable Info. Auto Scrolling to start scrolling ping test result.
4.
Tap Start to start ping test.
5.
Tap Stop to stop ping test.
