Australian Consumer Law Warranty
Please read carefully:
The BakerStone Pizza Oven Box is covered by/under consumer warranties under
Australian consumer law. You can refer to www.consumerlaw.gov.au for more
information.
When you open the BakerStone Pizza Oven Box packaging:
Consult the Product Guide to ensure that there are no missing or damaged parts.
Within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, any missing parts or damages
must be reported to BakerStone. NOTE: Slight chips or scratches in the stones are not
considered damages and do not a ect the pe ormance of the BakerStone Pizza
Oven Box.
Claims for defects or missing items must be accompanied by the original or an
acceptable copy of proof of purchase. Photographs may be taken to support any
claims submitted.
Depending on circumstances, the Australian Consumer Law warranties may not
include:
• Broken stones occurring after purchase.
• Any damage to the BakerStone Pizza Oven Box resulting from being used in a
manner other than its intended purpose.
• Damage resulting from use in a commercial or institutional organization.
• Failures, defects, damages caused by, failure to follow the instructions, abuse,
neglect, inclement weather and/or acts of nature.
• Reasonable wear and tear of enameled finishes.
• Discoloration of the stone baking chamber.
• Damage caused by bleach, ammonia. and/or other abrasive cleaners.
• Rusting as a result of scratches or broken enameled surfaces.
• Damages caused by use over any other heat source other than a gas range or
stove top where the BakerStone Pizza Oven Box sits upon a cooking grate.
• Damages caused to the BakerStone Pizza Oven Box by a dirty, grease laden gas
range or stove top, or burners that are clogged, corroded or otherwise damaged
and therefore are likely to misfire or otherwise malfunction.
• Damages caused by neglect or lack of reasonable care and maintenance.
• Damages resulting from the use of the BakerStone Pizza Oven Box on a gas range or
stove top that has not been properly maintained. A properly maintained gas range
or stove top includes, but is not limited to, clean cooktop and surrounding areas.
• Any damages to an item resulting from placing a hot Pizza Oven Box on the item
before allowing at least 90 minutes to cool.
• Consequential damages.
• Any damages to an item resulting from placing it on hot Pizza Oven Box.
• Damage to any item resulting from attempting to use the Pizza Oven Box on
anything other than a gas range or stove top.

Except where Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise, BakerStone is not
responsible for damages that occur to any and all gas ranges or stove tops used in
conjunction with the operation of the BakerStone Pizza Oven Box. Use of the
BakerStone Pizza Oven Box is at the discretion of the user. BakerStone is not
responsible for personal injury or property damage resulting from the misuse of the
Pizza Oven Box.
