SETTING STROKE AND FORCE

Touch "Nut" icon to check the current setting
values.
The screen will be switched to the setting
screen for Stroke and Force.
Touch "Key" icon to change the setting
values.
*Only the mode chosen in "Choosing control
mode" can be changed.
The screen is switched to input password
screen. Touch the fi gure you want to change
and change the numbers by touching the
Up-Down arrowhead icons.
*Default password: 2000
After inputting, touch the "Back" icon.
Touch the value you want to change and set
the value by Up-Down arrowheads.
Blue frame is a sign you can change the
value.
Stroke:
It shows approximate "mm".
Set the stroke according to the conditions of
the application.
After checking the actual stoke, make a
minor adjustment.
Force:
Set the value using a list below as a guide.
these fi gures are indicative values. After
checking the actual stroke, make an
adjustment.
20: Aluminum M6
25: Steel M5, AluminumM8
30: Aluminum M10
40: Steel M6
50: Steel M6 RLT
60: Steel M8
70: Steel M10
CAUTION: The above Force setting values are just a reference. It is needed to set up in actual tool and base material
used. The values may vary by tool.
