4.2.3 Loosen the pilot pipe, disconnect the ignition lead from the electrode
and disconnect the thermocouple leads
4.3.4 Loosen the pilot pipe and disconnect the ignition lead from the
electrode and the thermocouple leads from the rear of the valve.
4.3.5 Remove the two fixing screws which secure the pilot assembly to the
burner unit.
4.3.6 Remove the pilot assembly.
4.3.7 Re-assemble with a new pilot assembly, and carry out a gas
tightness test after re-assembly.
