Warning: Use of this belt to arrest a fall could result in
serious injury.
Making sure that the gear loops are hanging down, the
belt should be taken around the hips, and the links passed
through each other. Pulling on the free length of webbing
can then tighten the belt to achieve optimum fi t.
Attachment to fall-arrest systems should only be done
by connection to the metal D-rings on the chest or dorsal
attachment points of a full body fall-arrest harness.
The belt can be supplied separately or fi tted into a fall-arrest
harness. When fi tted to a harness the belt is free to move
vertically, allowing comfort to be achieved.
