Schulung 1 Funktionsbeschreibung SpanSet Jokerhaken werden nach DIN EN 1677-2 gefertigt und be- stimmungsgemäß mit SpanSet Rundschlingen nach DIN EN 1492-2 und Hebebändern nach DIN EN 1492-1 kombiniert und zum Heben von Lasten eingesetzt. Die verschieden Jokerhaken sind über ihre Herstel- lerkennzeichnung und ihre Begleitpapiere eindeutig zu identifizieren.
  • Page 5 Es ist verboten, Jokerhaken für andere als die bestim- mungsgemäße Verwendung einzusetzen. Nutzen Sie den Jokerhaken ausschließlich in Kombination mit SpanSet Rundschlingen und Hebe- bändern gleicher Tragfähigkeit oder textilen Anschlagmittel gleicher Spezifikation. Lesen Sie unbedingt auch die Betriebsanleitung der textilen Anschlagmitteln.

  • Page 12 Only trained (authorized) persons may fasten loads. It is forbidden to use joker hooks for any unintended use. Use the joker hook only in combination with SpanSet round slings and lifting straps of the same load capacity or with textile slings of the same specification. The operating manual for the textile sling must also be read.
  • Page 13 load capacity. Joker hooks are drop forged from class 8 steel. It is safe to use joker hooks within a temperature range of -40°C to +200°C. When used in combination with textile slings, the lower operating temperature of the textile slings (e.g. PES max. 100°C) limits the range of applications. Never stay in the danger zone! Plan the load’s fastening, lifting and lowering process with the greatest of care before the actual lifting process.
  • Page 14 The weight, geometry, surface condition and design features of the load are crucial criteria for choosing the sling. The combination of the Joker hook with SpanSet round slings with the same working load limit is permitted. The hook with WLL 6t can also be used for round slings/lifting straps with WLL 4t and WLL 5t.

  • Page 28 1 Functiebeschrijving Jokerhaken worden volgens de voorschriften conform DIN EN 1677- 2 vervaardigd en met SpanSet rondstroppen conform DIN EN 1492-2 en hijsbanden conform DIN EN 1492-1 gecombineerd en gebruikt voor het heffen van lasten. De verschillende jokerhaken kunnen gemakkelijk herkend worden aan de kenmerken van de fabrikant en de begeleiden- de papieren.

Gebruik de jokerhaak uitsluitend in combinatie met SpanSet rondstroppen en hijsbanden met dezelfde draagcapaciteit of hijsmiddelen van textiel met dezelfde specificaties. Lees in elk geval ook de handleiding van deze textiele hijsmiddelen.
