Control Lever Cable Assembly Replacement
1.
With two (2) people lifting the table, carefully place it upsidedown onto a clean,
smooth surface, such as a table top.
NOTE: Protect top surface from scratches while working.
2.
If tables legs are unfolded (vertical), pull control levers to release locking pins,
and lower legs into horizontal position.
3.
Remove screws from plates (3a) and from control lever brackets (3b).
NOTE: Retain screws to use in steps 7 and 8.
4.
Flip plate and leg assembly over so that cable end is visible and accessible.
Grasp cable bracket and pull it toward you to compress springs (4a). Slide cable
end up and out of slot (4b). While pressing the lock tabs (4c), pull cable through
the hole in cable bracket (4d). Discard control lever cable assembly.
Repeat steps 4a through 4d on opposite leg.
