Group Pickup

Use Group Pickup when your company has organized
co-workers into groups. When you are part of a Pickup group,
select Pickup Grp from your Home or Feature screen to
answer other phones in your group. Ask your system manager
if you are part of a Pickup group.
To Use Group Pickup
Select Pickup Grp from the Home Screen or press Feature and
select Pickup Grp from the Feature screen.
Notes:
• If you are using a headset you must first press a call button
before selecting Pickup or Pickup Grp.
• Pickup Grp is shown on the display only if you are
part of a Pickup group.
