The number of SVCs that have failed to be set up.

greater than the allowed value.
The total number of errors which have occurred on
the relevant ports.
The total number of frames on the ring.
The total number of frames of valid frame length
that have been received on the ports in this
module.
The total number of octets contained in the valid
frames that have been received on the ports in this
module.
The total number of packets of valid frame length
that have been received on the ports in this
