Description
The physical of framing of a DS3 port. The possible
link framing modes for DS3 ports are:
• CbitParity - Reserved C-bit for application
specific uses. This is the default mode.
• M23 - Uses C-bits to indicate the presence or
absence of stuffing bits.
A one byte Selector appended to the module's 19
byte ATM address, to form the address advertised
by the selected LECS.
Determines whether the advertised address of the
local LECS will be a WKA.
Selects whether the LECS will be resilient.
The priority of the resilient local LECS. Possible
values are 0 - 255. A priority of 255 ensures that it
is always elected. A priority of 0 ensures that it is
never elected. For more information, refer to
Resilient LECS in The Reference Guide.
The operational status of the local LECS. Possible
statuses are:
• Resilient Active
• Resilient Standby
• Not Resilient.
This field will be blank if the LECS location is
remote.
The current type of loopback on a DS3 interface.
The possible values are:
• lineLoop - Data coming into the port from
outside the switch is immediately looped
back. Data coming from another port as
output by the looped back port is lost.
• payloadLoop - Data coming into the port
from outside the switch is immediately looped
back, and incoming data goes through the
port's framing circuirty (framing bits are
stripped off incoming data and payload is
re-framed).
• noLoop - No loopback. Data comes into the
port and goes out from the port as usual. This
is the default setting.
