Loosen spindle nut 13 and remove.

Remove screw locking device 12.

Remove spring washers 11.

Remove stainless steel sleeve 10.

Loosen nuts 19 of the ball valve flange

bolts 18 and remove with washers 20.
Remove the flange bolts 18.

Remove the centre section KM.

Remove seals 5 and seats 4 on both

sides of the ball valve.

Move the ball to the closed position b.

Remove ball c.

Press spindle 7 carefully into ball valve

body and remove it.

Remove seals 9 and 8 upwards from the

ball valve.
Seal 8:
DN 8 - 50:
DN 65 - 100: 3 pieces
Take off O-ring 23 from spindle 7.

Take off seal 6 from spindle 7.

Assemble the seals and the ball valve in

reverse order.
