Carefully remove all the parts from the carton and
place them individually on a soft cloth to prevent
scratches or other damage.
Carefully and strictly follow these assembly instructions
to ensure a completed product as designed.
Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble.

  • Page 3 Assembly Instructions 3/9 IMPORTANT Ÿ Use a soft cloth between these parts and the floor. Ÿ Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble. Ÿ Do not tighten all the bolts until each part is properly assembled. Ÿ Keep Hex Wrench as the bolts may need to be tightened in the future.
  • Page 4 Assembly Instructions 4/9 STEP 2 Insert Dowels into pre-drilled Cam Lock holes in Back Uprights (J), Dowel then attach Back Rail (D) to Back Uprights (J) with Cam Locks. (See Figure 2) Slide Back Panel (K) into position. Attach Back Rail (E) to unit with Cam Locks.
  • Page 5 Assembly Instructions 5/9 STEP 5 Insert Dowels into pre-drilled holes in unit. Attach Side Panels (F) and (I) to unit with Cam Locks. Cam Lock Dowel Wood Screw (long) Cam Lock Dowel STEP 6 Turn unit upside down. Insert Dowels into pre-drilled holes in unit.
  • Page 6 Assembly Instructions 6/9 STEP 7 Flat Washer Spring Washer Head Cap Bolt (short) Attach Casters to unit with Flat Washers, Spring Washers and Head Cap Bolts (short), with Locking Casters at front, tightening bolts only halfway.   • Page 7 Assembly Instructions 7/9 STEP 9 Wood Screw for Hinge Hinge Attach Hinges to Doors (L) with Wood Screws for Hinge into pre-drilled holes, then tighten. (See Figure 5) Figure 5 STEP 10 Hinge Wood Screw for Hinge Attach Doors (L) to unit with Adjustable Pin Wood Screws for Hinge.

    Assembly Instructions 8/9 Drawer (Q) Wood Screw (short) STEP 11 Attach Drawer Sides (Q3) and (Q4) to Drawer Back (Q2) with Wood Screws (short). STEP 12 Slide Drawer Bottom (Q5) into groove. STEP 13 Insert Cam Lock Screws into pre-drilled holes in Drawer Front (Q1), then tighten.
