Scalable

Scalable mode is to read out arbitrary area of the image. However, the frame rate cannot be faster only
when the width size is small. Only single rectangle is selectable. Concave or convex shape is not selectable.
- Window size:
{A + 8 × m (H)} × {B + 2 × n (V)}
- Start address:
{8 x i (H)} x {2 x j (V)}
