How to Use 2nd Curtain
Synchronization Effect
This technique involves firing the flash at the tail end of a
slow shutter speed picture. Using this technique, a nighttime
shot of a moving car will come out with the lights from the tail
lamps drawn behind the car like in a wide-open photograph.
With the Camedia C-2500L, pictures can be easily taken with
2nd curtain synchronization effect.
If 1st curtain synchronization effect is selected, the headlights
of a moving car will flow in the direction in which the car is
heading.
With slow shutter photographs, the slightest movement can
seriously affect picture focus, therefore it is a good idea to
use a tripod. For more information, see "Flash
Synchronization Effect" (P.102).

Cette technique implique le déclenchement du flash à la fin
d'une image prise à une vitesse d'obturation lente. En utilisant
cette technique, la prise de vues nocturne d'une voiture en
train de rouler ressortira avec les feux rouges arrières traînant
derrière la voiture, comme un film tourné au ralenti.
Avec le Camedia C-2500L, les images peuvent être facile-
ment prises avec une synchronisation du 2e rideau.
Si on choirit la synchronisation du 1er rideau, les phares de
la voiture en tain de rouler s'écouleront dans le sens de
déplacement de la voiture.
Avec des photos prises en obturation lente, le plus léger
mouvement peut sérieusement affecter la mise au point de
l'image. Par conséquent, il est préférable d'utiliser un trépied.

Bei dieser Methode wird der Blitz am Ende eines mit
niedriger Verschlußgeschwindigkeit aufgenommenen Bilds
ausgelöst. Dies bewirkt, daß bei einer Nachtaufnahme eines
sich bewegenden Fahrzeugs die Lichtstreifen der
Schlußleuchten hinter dem Fahrzeug hergezogen werden,
wie dies bei einer Langzeitbelichtung der Fall ist.
Bei Modell Camedia C-2500L sind Aufnahme mit einem
Synchronisationseffekt auf den zweiten Verschlußvorhang
problemlos möglich.
Wenn der Synchronisationseffekt auf den ersten
Verschlußvorhang gewählt wird, werden die Lichtstreifen der
Kopfleuchten in Fahrtrichtung des Fahrzeugs gezogen.
Bei Aufnahmen mit langen Verschlußgeschwindigkeiten be-
einflussen selbst geringe Bewegungen die Schärfeeinstellung
in negativer Weise. Die Verwendung eines Stativs ist daher
unbedingt zu empfehlen. Für weitere Einzelheiten siehe
