Combi-Mounting Unit BB 350 / 500 kg
The combi-mounting unit consists of the base and head plates and two countersinking
bolts as oscillation limiters and lift protection. Combined with the load cell, it is a
multifunctional storage unit.
The base plate (1) is bolted to the foundation with four bolts. The load cell (3) is fastened
onto the base plate (1) with two Allen screws (5) and a spacer bar (2). A pressure piece (9)
is inserted into the head of the load cell (3). The ball (10) is inserted into this. The ball is
supported against a second pressure piece (11) which is bonded in the head plate (12).
The head plate (12) is bolted to the loading platform. The loading platform is centered
with the ball (10). Transverse movement of the load platform causes a response that puts
the load platform back into the rest position.
The counter-sunk bolts (15) limit the possible movement of the head plate (12). Their
second function is to prevent the head plate from being lifted.
