Guide to a jam history
*1 : Jam history
*2 : Sequence of jams (higher, more recent)
*3 : Date of occurrence
*4 : Time of occurrence
*5 : Recovery time
*6 : Approximate location (3: machine; 4: ADF)
*7 : Location block (0: machine; 1: ADF)
*8 : Jam code
*9 : Total counter reading (6 digits)
*10 : Paper source
*11 : Paper size
