8.1 Measuring the Horizontal Angle Between Two Points（Horizontal Angle 0）
·To measure the included angle between two points, the horizontal angle can be set to 0 at any direction.
PROCEDURE
Operating Procedure
⑴ Press FNC on the first page of the "MEAS
Mode Screen".
Press 0SET, then 0SET flashes ON and OFF.
⑵ Press 0SET again, the horizontal angle of the
collimation direction is 0°00'00".

⑴ Using the horizontal clamp and the horizontal
tangent screw, sight the backsight point. From the
MEAS mode, page 2 menu, press 0SET, 0SET
will flash, so press 0SET again, set the back sight
direction to 0.
