7. 2 HOW TO USE THE UNIT

free mode : when it's necessary to extract
high quantities of cream or when the machine
must be emptied. In this mode the long nozzle
should not be mounted.

necessary to decorate a dessert, ice-cream or
similar. The long nozzle must be mounted.

filling mode : needed to pierce and fill
croissants and other pastries. When doing this
it's advisable to act on the faucet handle with a
