SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

LEVEL OF TRAINING AND INFORMATION REQUIRED OF USER

All persons using the equipment must be properly trained and informed on
the operation and residual risks present during operation.
Users must be able to apply all the good practices in respect of food hygiene
principles.
OPERATION

Even though the machine is provided with all the safety devices required to
eliminate possible risks for the User, there are still certain residual risks.
These so-called residual risks are related to machine parts that may pose a
danger to the User, if used improperly, or in case of incorrect assessment or de-
activation, due to circumventing the prescriptions contained in this Manual.
The machine is also equipped with appropriate warnings placed on residual
risk areas, which must be scrupulously observed.
The following residual risks are present during the operation and use of the
machine and cannot be eliminated:
WARNING FOR U.S.A:
Consuming beverages that have been prepared in this espresso machine will
expose you to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth
defects or other reproductive harm.
