• A questo punto avanzare con la macchina e au-
tomaticamente le piantine cominciano ad essere
trapiantate.
• Durante l'avanzamento, mantenere sempre cari-
ca la macchina di pannelli e regolare la velocità di
avanzamento con il cambio del trattore fino ad ot-
tenere una velocità di trapianto di circa 7000÷8000
piante/ora, mantenendo i giri del cardano compresi
fra i 350 e i 400 RPM, come precedentemente de-
scritto.
• Dopo alcuni metri, se si nota che la piantina è poco
profonda (Fig. 1) o troppo profonda (Fig. 2) fermar-
si con il trattore ed agire sulla manopola (A) giran-
dola in senso ORARIO per piantare la piantina più
profonda; mentre ruotarla nell'altro senso per alza-
re di più la piantina.
• A seconda del tipo di terreno, allargare o stringe-
re la distanza fra le ruote di rincalzo, agendo sulle
apposite clips (B) inserendole su uno dei fori a di-
sposizione.
• Se si vuole comprimere di più il terreno intorno alla
piantina, aumentare la pressione sul regolatore
(C)
• Riprendere con il trapianto, verificando che le rego-
lazioni effettuate siano state eseguite correttamen-
te e che il risultato sia quello desiderato.
• Verificare di tanto in tanto lo stato di riempimento
del magazzino porta pannelli; quando la colonna di
pannelli arriva in prossimità delle guide di conteni-
mento, fermare il trattore e sfilare manualmente la
colonna di pannelli vuoti (Fig. 3).

• Now move the machine forward and it will automa-
tically start planting the seedlings.
• As it moves forward, keep the machine loaded
with plates and adjust the speed using the tractor's
gears so that the planting speed is about 7-8000
plants per hour. The cardan shaft speed should be
about 350-400 rpm, as described above.
• After a few metres, if you see that the seedlings
are not planted deeply enough (Fig. 1) or too dee-
ply (Fig. 2), stop the tractor and adjust the handle
(A). This is done by turning it CLOCKWISE to plant
deeper, and ANTI-CLOCKWISE for shallower plan-
ting.
• Depending on the type of ground, increase or de-
crease the distance between the earthing-up whe-
els by adjusting the clips (B) so that they enter one
of the holes provided.
• To press the ground around the seedling more firm-
ly, adjust the knob (C).
• Re-start the transplanting machine and check that
the changes have had the desired effect.
• Every so often check the level of the plate carrier
and when the plates stack reaches the container
guides, stop the tractor and take out the empty pla-
tes (Fig. 3).
