24.8.2 CHANGE OIL IN FINAL DRIVE CASE
• The oil is at high temperature immediately after the machine
has been operated. Wait for the oil to cool down before carry-
ing out maintenance.
• If there is still pressure remaining inside the case, the oil or
plug may fly out.
Loosen the plug slowly to release the pressure.
Prepare the following.
• Container to catch drained oil: Min. 2.5 l capacity (PC130),
• Refill capacity: 2.5 l (PC130),
4.0 l (PC150LGP)
• Hexagon wrench
1. Set the machine with plug
surface.
2. Set a container under plug
3. Remove plugs and
4. Tighten plug .
5. Add engine oil through the hole of plug
REMARK
Check the O-rings in the plugs for damage. If necessary, replace with
new ones.
6. When the oil overflows from the hole of plug
