CAUSES
- Closed gate.
- Broken conveyor.
- Foreign objects inside the
bin.
- Deflector.
- Tunnel formation.
(Wet product).
- Distribution is uneven.
- Incorrect position of the
fins.
- Strong wind.
- Cardan shaft assembly.
- Worn universal joints.
- Roller bearings are loose
or damaged.
- Uncommon objects inside
the bin blocking the flow.
- PTO rotation speed.
- Dosing mechanism.
- Working speed below the
recommended.
- Dosing mechanism.
- Working speed above the
recommended.
- Fins position.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
- Open it in the correct adjustment.
- Repair it.
- Verify and clean the output.
- Use the deflector properly.
- Change the product.
- Remove the tunnel with a stick.
- Reduce distance as recommended.
- Place the fins in the correct position.
- Wait wind to be reduced.
- Assembly the cardan properly.
- Replace them.
- Retighten the bearings or replace them.
- Verify and remove them.
- Keep constant at 540 rpm.
- Reduce the flow rate.
- Work at recommended speed.
- Increase the flow rate.
- Reduce the speed.
- Check its position.
