Adjustments and operations
Speed of the hydraulic rotating discs
The speed of the discs is directly related to the oil flow rate of the tractor.
Conveyor speed (hydraulic)
The speed of the conveyor is related to
the oil flow rate of the tractor and the "A" and
"B" sprocket combinations that can be used
in the transmission.
The spreader is adjusted ex-works with
the sprockets to distribute organic compound.
Always adjust the chain tightener (C)
after adjusting the sprockets.
Never work with a loose chain.
Product to be applied
Lime

The distribution of the products that were not mentioned on the table above must be
done based on the similarity among them.
Sprockets change
Ease the tightener (C) and remove
the chain (D).
Then, release the bolt (E) of the
12-tooth sprocket (F) fixed on the chassis
and place it on the upper axis, securing
it again using the bolt (G).
Then, release the bolt of the 35-tooth
sprocket (B) and align it with the 12-tooth
sprocket (F), fit the chain and adjust the
tightener (C).
NOTE
When using the 12-tooth sprocket (F) it will be required to remove 10 links
from the chain, which features 2 joints to make the change easier.
