Adjustments and operations

Speed of the rotating discs
The speed of the discs is directly related to the PTO rotation.
Conveyor speed (cardan shaft)
The speed of the conveyor is related to
the PTO rotation and the "A" and "B" sprockets
that can be used in the transmission.
The spreader is adjusted ex-works with
the sprockets to distribute organic compound.
Always adjust the chain tightener (C)
after changing the sprockets.
Never work with a loose chain.

The distribution of products that were not mentioned on the table above must be done
based on the similarity among them.

Sprockets change

Ease the tightener (C) and remove
the chain (D).
Then, release the 12-tooth sprocket
bolt (E) and position the sprocket on the
upper axis, securing it again using the
bolt.
Then, release the 35-tooth sprocket
bolt (B) and align the sprocket with the
12-tooth sprocket (E), fit the chain and
adjust the tightener.
NOTE
When using the 12-tooth sprocket (E) it will be required to remove 10 links
from the chain, which features 2 joints to make the change easier.
